Thierry Journiac

Real Estate


Thierry is our expert for Real Estate.

After 7 years at Procter & Gamble Thierry decided to indulge his passions for entrepreneurship and beautiful houses in order to develop different businesses in the luxury real estate. He first created a unique project management tool for service procurement of high-end properties in France. From the castle to the cottage through the property in the France Riviera and Paris, his missions leads him to source in France and Switzerland high quality products, negotiate acquisitions, handle renovation and manage properties.

Thierry Journiac is graduated from Rouen Business School.

Vincent Mialet

Private Equity

Vincent is our expert in Private Equity.

Vincent has over 20 years experience in industrial businesses, distribution and logistics. He started his career in operations at Schneider Electric, and then he became an entrepreneur in the specialized distribution (Vitago). He continued his career in large industrial groups, logistics specialist and distribution companies (Saint-Gobain, Kingfisher Point P). In 2011 Vincent launched Oryn, a management company focusing on Private Equity research and investments on behalf of Family Offices.

Vincent is graduated from HEC Paris.

Alexandre Toussaint

Asset Allocation & Corporate Advisory


Alexandre is responsible for your asset allocation and advisory services.

After a few years in the event industry, Alexander tipped in 1999 in new technology as an entrepreneur (Iguana Consulting) and intrapreneurs (Alten). Since 2007, he operates in asset and wealth management. After developing its portfolio management skills at CFGS, Merrill Lynch and Notz Stucki & Cie, he joined AppleTree to manage its development.

Alexandre is graduated from EM Lyon and Université Paris 2 – Panthéon Assas.

Diane Toussaint

Operations


Diane assists us in administrative and legal fields.

She served until 2014 as a lawyer in the field of business law (Alain Bensoussan Law Firm, Derriennic & Partners). Her focus has been intellectual property and digital technologies. Starting up her own firm in 2009, she has developed a clientele ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large industrial groups, through SMEs. In 2015, she joined Naxoo as legal councel.

Diane is graduated from the CAPA (French Bar), Université Paris IX – Dauphine and EM Lyon.
